Our Trustees
Our Board of Trustees provides dedicated governance to ensure the Four Winds Trust fulfills its mission of removing barriers and helping disadvantaged urban communities experience the healing power and beauty of nature.
Rebecca Harrison

She is passionate about making the outdoors accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for all, and is proud to support the work of the Four Winds Trust. With a background in community engagement, she is committed to creating opportunities for people to connect with nature, heritage, and each other.
Jane Cadbury
Secretary
Jane joined the Trust in 1974, and has been Secretary since 1990. She has a wealth of experience supporting charities and answering queries about the Trust.
Jonny Gillett
Treasurer
I am a long-standing trustee with many years on the trust. Now retired, I have worked in countryside conservation and in education, particularly Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I am particularly interested in how children can be inspired by the natural world and gain greater understanding of human impacts on it.
Tracy Clark
Trustee
Tracy Clark is a JNC qualified youth worker, with an MBA and CIPFA charity accounting. She has been the CEO of Young Gloucestershire for 16 years and the Vice Chair of Gloucestershire Community Foundation since 2018. With a keen interest in the value of accessing nature and the countryside to improve wellbeing, Tracy joined Four Winds Trust in 2025 and is keen to bring her knowledge and experience to the trust as it continues to seek to achieve its mission of giving those living in the cities a better chance to enjoy nature and the beauties of the countryside.
